3. Formation of the Contract

By clicking the "Buy Now", "Complete Purchase", or similar checkout button, you submit a binding offer to purchase the selected products.
The purchase contract is concluded only when we expressly accept your order or dispatch the ordered goods.
4. Prices and Payment
All prices are displayed in the currency specified on our website.
Where required by applicable law, prices include the applicable statutory value-added tax (VAT).
Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed before you complete your order.
The available payment methods are displayed during the checkout process.
5. Delivery
Products will be delivered to the shipping address provided by the customer.
Information regarding shipping times, shipping costs, and delivery destinations can be found in our Shipping Policy.
If a product is temporarily unavailable or delivery is unexpectedly delayed, we will inform you as soon as reasonably possible.

The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.
7. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers are entitled to the statutory right of withdrawal.
Details regarding this right can be found in our Withdrawal Policy.
8. Warranty
The statutory warranty rights provided under applicable law shall apply.
9. Limitation of Liability
We shall be liable without limitation in cases of intent, gross negligence, or injury to life, body, or health.
In the event of a slightly negligent breach of essential contractual obligations, our liability shall be limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, any further liability is excluded.
10. Dispute Resolution
The European Commission provides an Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform, which can be accessed at:
https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/
We are neither obligated nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board unless required by applicable law.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
If you are a consumer, this choice of law applies only to the extent that it does not deprive you of mandatory legal protections granted by the laws of your country of habitual residence.
12. Severability
Should any provision of these Terms & Conditions be held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be replaced by the applicable statutory provisions.
