Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day:

on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), takes possession of the goods; or
in the case of a single order for multiple goods delivered separately, on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), takes possession of the last item.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (for example, by email or by post).

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notice concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of standard delivery (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which we receive your notice of withdrawal.

We will use the same means of payment for the reimbursement that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of this reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.

You must return the goods to us without undue delay and, in any event, no later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.

The customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is the result of handling the goods beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts:

for the supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized;
for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if they have been unsealed after delivery;
or in any other cases where the right of withdrawal is excluded under applicable law.
